Checkout currently uses Stripe test payments and collects no real money. A simulated test payment is not a charge to your bank card. Do not enter real card details into a test checkout.

Unusable footage
If a video cannot support a review, the order page explains what to change and provides a replacement upload at no additional package charge. Do not create another order simply to replace an unusable video.
Future paid orders
Before real payments open, the service will publish its final paid refund terms. Refund requests for future paid orders will be reviewed case by case, including whether the purchased analysis was delivered and whether a service problem can be resolved. Any refund decision will follow the terms in effect at purchase and applicable law. Contact support with your order reference to request a review.

Reply to your order email or contact hello@rush-reviews.com from the checkout email, with your order reference and a description of the problem. Never send card numbers or your private access token.
